As a part of the WISHRM State Conference SMILE Team, I have the opportunity to connect with speakers and exhibitors and learn more about what to expect at the upcoming conference. Today I spoke with one of the WISHRM23 Exhibitors, Josh Bergman, about Gallagher.

1. Who should stop at The Gallagher booth?

All are welcome! We’re looking forward to seeing HR leaders who are open to networking, hungry to learn, and looking to make an impact for those around them.

2. What should WISHRM23 attendees know about Gallagher?

Our team focuses on aligning data, tools, and resources to empower HR leaders through educational discussions centered on meaningful solutions for their employees.

3. What are you most looking forward to at WISHRM23?

As with every year, I most appreciate seeing familiar faces to share stories and laughs. Equally, it’s fun to meet the new faces and learn about what brought them to the SHRM conference.

4. Anything else that WI HR Professionals and People Leaders should know?

We have some pretty cool sunglasses that we’re giving away, so come by the booth early and get your pair before everyone else snags them up!

5. Last and most important question: Will there be a repeat performance by you and the dance crew from the Volunteer Leadership Conference?

This is definitely the most important question! When the music plays, how can you not break out the dance? The crew is signed up for life now. If they’re within earshot of the music, they’ll know what to do. :D
