As a part of the WISHRM State Conference SMILE Team, I have the opportunity to engage with speakers and exhibitors, gaining insights into what to anticipate at the upcoming conference. I had a chance to connect with Kim Groshek who will be presenting Adapting to Remote and Hybrid Work Models, the session focused in this interview. Make sure to also not miss her other session, People Analytics → Analytical Aptitude & Business Acumen on Friday, October 10th at 6:15am in rooms E and F.

Prioritizing clear communication and intentional culture-building to keep remote and hybrid teams connected and engaged.
