Emily Ware, SHRM-CP

Emily is a Wisconsin native who has worked in Customer Service and Human Resources for over 10 years and obtained her SHRM-CP certification in 2023. She attended the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse and has a deep passion for Diversity and Human Rights work, as well as finding creative engagement strategies in a remote world. Currently, she serves as Secretary on the La Crosse SHRM Chapter and has previously held the position of Diversity and Governmental Affairs Director. Emily also dedicates time to volunteering in her community.

In her free time, she enjoys playing tabletop and video games with friends, attending theatre performances, creating podcasts, crafting, crocheting, writing, baking, and drawing. She is also a classically trained opera singer and loves to travel when her schedule permits. Emily has two furry and chaotic co-workers, Mushu and Bam Bam, and is always looking for new and exciting ways to keep them entertained, as they struggle with pivot tables.
