Taylor is a people person through and through. HR pro by day, rainbow cake enthusiast by night, and now, a brand-new mom figuring it all out one matcha at a time.
By day, Taylor is the HR Manager at Innovia Consulting, where she helps humans have better work lives, from the moment they apply to the moment they (hopefully tearfully) say goodbye. Whether it’s recruitment, engagement, onboarding, or career development, she’s all about making the employee experience personal, meaningful, and just a little more fun.
Her HR journey started in 2016 and has taken her across tech, nonprofit, and wholesale distribution spaces. She’s earned an MBA, SHRM-CP, and GPHR (because “degree collector” is basically her unofficial title), and now she’s working toward a future Chief People Officer seat.
Taylor also gives back to her HR community as President of La Crosse Area SHRM and as the Social Media/Communications Director for WI SHRM, where she combines her love of storytelling with her passion for people.
When she’s not in HR mode, she’s a dog mom x2 (shoutout to Benji & Linus), a part-time food photographer, and a full-time fan of bread dipped in olive oil and balsamic. Her hobbies include spending too much time on TikTok, adding plants to her garden with no plan whatsoever, and dreaming about her next trip.
